I’m a strength and conditioning coach with over 10 years of experience in the fitness industry. Originally from Argentina, I spent a decade competing in kickboxing before transitioning into coaching, where I now focus on building well-rounded, strong and resilient individuals.
Over the past three years, I’ve coached group fitness classes, helping people of all levels develop strength, conditioning, and confidence through structured training for long-term results.
I believe training should support real life — building healthy habits, strength and fitness, without extremes or burnout.
