Functional
Functional Fitness classes provide a comprehensive wellness experience for all fitness levels, covering strength training, cardiovascular conditioning, mobility and flexibility, and core stability and balance.
Strength
This class is specifically programmed to focus on increasing your muscular strength as well as ensuring you are supported throughout these movements by learning the correct and safe way to perform them.
Spin
High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) workout, using an indoor bike to achieve fast results. It’s a short, intense style of training where the thrill and motivation comes from pushing your physical and mental limits. A high intensity, low impact workout, its scientifically proven to return rapid results.
Yoga
Discover a dynamic and holistic yoga experience at Fit Nation. Our classes blend the meditative stillness of Yin Yoga, the mindful fluidity of Slow Flow, and the energizing sequences of Vinyasa Yoga.
